Johnathan White

In my mid 20’s, I was stressed, depressed, emotionally and mentally unbalanced, and felt stuck in a ‘dead end’ in my life. This led me to study ancient energy cultivation practices such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, Qigong, Tai chi, and much more.

After studying with various teachers and going deeply into many different training systems, I learned the true power of these ancient arts - my health, energy levels, focus, and clarity in life dramatically improved.

A few years into my practice, I hit a brick wall. I felt emotionally and mentally balanced, but I had little tangible feeling of chi that many teachers describe. I soon started working with very skilled teachers who taught me how to experience chi in my body as a tangible phenomenon, as real as feeling water running down my skin, or feeling an electrical shock. I started to experience the dense magnetic/electrical field of the dantian energy centers, as well as the distinct feeling of energy running through my meridians. Chi and internal energy was no longer an imaginary fantasy, it was a part of my daily reality.

I became passionate about sharing these arts with others, as I believe these practices can help every single person in the world overcome negative thought patterns, limitations, addictions, and unhealthy lifestyle; and become a master of their own mind, body, and reality.

Many people struggle with learning the ancient energetic arts because they don’t understand them and can’t relate.

It doesn’t help that a lot of modern teachers of these practices never learned the true mechanics of unlocking pure internal energy (it feels quite tangible when you get it).

After spending a decade sorting through what works and doesn’t work, I condensed my own practice into what I now teach in IEA.

Since practicing QiGong I have noticed that I feel more grounded and confident overall. It's a grounded and calm confidence where I feel relaxed without needing to do anything. It's become very natural. The world we live in shoves us into our heads and it makes us feel frazzled and ungrounded. These practices have helped me to ground back to the earth and I feel a much greater connection with nature. I have also experienced enhanced creativity during this time as I believe that my energy centres are opening up and blockages are being removed. I was skeptical of chakras etc, but now when I practice the QiGong and meditations I can actually feel the chakras pulsating with energy.

It's super powerful stuff and has opened me up to a whole new world of Qi and energy flow and I am excited to dive even deeper with these practices in the coming months and years."
